HOST/HOSTESS RESPONSIBILITIES
Set
out creamer, sugar, cups, utensils and plates(if needed), napkins etc.
Prepare
coffee kitty tickets (strips of 5).
Regular dances:
The club provides
popcorn. It is optional
for you to bring additional “goodies” such as cookies, chips,
fruit, etc.
Special dances:
Direct other members’
assistance and coordinate placement of food.
Uncover food during the first tip so that serving can begin
during the first break.
Between
tips, check on supply of beverages, ice, snacks, paper goods, etc.
Pick
up the cups, plates and napkins that the dancers leave sitting around
as necessary.
Clean up during the last tip or after the dance. Wash coffee pot and beverage bowls and dry the water cooler after emptying to keep it from mildewing and smelling sour inside. Report to the host/hostess coordinator any needed kitchen supplies.

conditioner unit is turned up to 80 degrees and the lights are turned
off.
